I had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. I was able to easily walk into the town center, as it is conveniently located close to the Grassmarket and Princes Street. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. The hotel had a modern and cozy ambiance, which made me feel young and vibrant. The room was spacious and had a stylish design. The hotel also provided great facilities, such as a gym, games, and books. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The location was perfect, as it was near the old town and within walking distance of the main tourist spots in the heart of the city. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making transportation easy. The breakfast was delicious, and I also found a reasonably priced and tasty takeaway restaurant just opposite the hotel called Hanks.

This hotel was a useful base for our stay in this city. We had a twin room which is not easy to find in hotels these days. The modern appearance of the hotel was just right, not too brash. We were impressed by the customer service provided by each and every staff member we encountered at the reception. The security in the lift, where you have to swipe your key card to access it, was good. The hotel is in a great location, close to the city centre and within easy walking distance of plenty of nice restaurants. We found the rooms to be clean and well-appointed, and the staff were helpful and polite. The hotel also had a cool rooftop bar with lovely views, especially during sunset.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel had great facilities, including a clean lobby bar area with nice decor. The location was perfect, close to bus stops for easy transportation to the Grassmarket, Princess Street, the tram to the airport, and even the Edinburgh zoo.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very near to the town centre and allowed me to easily explore everything I wanted to see. The rooftop bar was a standout feature, offering a fantastic view of the castle. The staff at the bar on Saturday night were incredibly helpful and professional. Additionally, the staff throughout the hotel were warm, friendly, and attentive. From being greeted with a cocktail upon arrival to being able to check in early, the level of service was exceptional. The room itself was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The amenities provided, such as the complimentary toiletries and the light under the bed, added to the overall experience. Finally, the breakfast had a great selection of high-quality options.
