Convenient location near main sightseeing areas but quiet. Walking distance to Grassmarket. Particularly enjoyable bar area. Friendly and attentive staff.
It was all superb.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the little extras like coffee, tea, chocolates, and a mini bar. The staff were polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to Grassmarket and the newly revamped National Museum. We also loved the breakfast - it was a treat to have it in bed one morning.
