The hotel's location in the busy center of this city is absolutely fantastic. It is right in Edinburgh city center, so it is close to the Castle and other main tourist areas. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

Can't think of anything.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on Princess Street and opposite Waverly Bridge station. It's a busy commercial area and very close to the train station. The hotel is also easily accessible from the airport on the tram. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and it had a great view of the castle. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Nothing to fault.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel in the center of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything I wanted to visit in the new town of this city.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved the central location, right in the middle of Princess Street, with only a short walk from the rail station. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast with a good choice of options. The staff were friendly and helpful.

No negatives.
