We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable with excellent amenities. The hotel facilities, including the spa and restaurant, were top-notch. The location in the boutiques area of the city was a perfect choice for us.

The location, right at the train station and in the center of the Royal Mile, was absolutely perfect. We were able to enjoy stunning views of the city from our room in Palmetto Court. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the warm welcome at reception to the helpfulness and friendliness of the restaurant staff. The breakfast provided at the Prince brasserie was delicious and offered a variety of healthy menu options.
