I loved the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed me to easily walk to everything in the city center within 5-10 minutes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided were more than satisfactory for a standard and affordable hotel. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, ensuring a pleasant stay. Free parking was available, which is a rarity in this city. Transportation options were also easily accessible, with public transport close by.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front of house staff, especially Liam, were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. The bed in our room was super comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including an iron/ironing board and coffee facilities. The bathroom was lovely, and the overall aesthetic of the room was very pleasing. We felt safe and had a great experience overall. Highly recommended!
Nothing could have been better.
The room was clean and quiet, with its own thermostat and a big TV. The nachos we had upon arrival were delicious. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the city centre. The hotel staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and had a small fridge. There were plenty of tea and coffee available. The hotel was close to the Haymarket tram stop, making it easy to get to the city centre.

We loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, with comfortable beds and clean facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, very close to everything. It was just a short walk to the city centre and right beside the Haymarket tram stop, which took us to the castle.
