The room was excellent - very large and well decorated. The bathroom had excellent lighting and lots of room. The walk-in closet with a desk inside was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner in-house was excellent. The location was perfect - quiet during the day and close to the Royal Botanic Garden. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a great choice and quality.

Cleanliness: The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Hotel facilities: The hotel provided all necessary amenities, including an iron, hairdryer, and fan. Location: The hotel was conveniently located near the Royal Botanical Gardens and within a 15-minute walk from Princess Street. Staff: The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great, with a nice area outside for eating and drinking. The breakfast was outstanding.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent breakfasts and Sunday lunch. Great location with interesting independent shops nearby. Walking distance to the Botanical Gardens.
