Traditional breakfast, quick check-in and very professional staff. Very comfy bed, silent room and airy, I enjoyed it. The staff did all they can for a really great stay. Simple check-out was useful.
Informative staff, super bed and silent rooms. Perfect, best possible location very close to - Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. I got free upgrade and thoroughly enjoyed it. Generally everything was good, even so the bathroom was dirty. They made my stay excellent. Lovely and very tasty breakfast with bacon and great coffee, as for instance.
The room was compact and airy with good beds, and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the full English breakfast - totally gorgeous. Hotel was neat. The staff were extremely polite, had early check in and simple check-out.
