Without a doubt, the hotel's best aspects were its location and cleanliness. Situated across the road from the train station, it was incredibly convenient for both transportation and exploring the main sites of this beautiful city. I was able to easily walk to the Royal Mile and other attractions. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-designed lounge offering stunning views of the old town and castle. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and motivated to provide a high quality service. The location was perfect, right on Princes Street and across the road from the railway station. This made it incredibly convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the fact that there were many shops and pubs/restaurants in Rose Street, just a short walk away.

All was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were excellent, and they made sure that my room was warm and comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was close to Waverley Station, tram stop, and all local and tourist buses. This made it very convenient for exploring the city and getting to and from the airport. The room itself was large and very clean, with a king-size bed and soft bedding. The hotel facilities were great, including a bar with an extensive gin menu. The atmosphere in the bar was lovely, especially sitting in the window bay seats and watching the hustle and bustle of the city.
