From the time we booked in until the time we left, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided clear directions and suggestions for things to do in this city. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with daily cleaning and the option to choose when to have our room cleaned. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms, a TV, and good wifi. The location was convenient, with easy access to all the main areas by taxi or public transportation. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided a voucher for parking, making it more affordable. Lastly, the breakfast was one of the best we've had in a long time, especially the perfectly crispy bacon.

It took me no more than 15-20 minutes to reach the city center, attractions, restaurants, and the castle. The hotel was also conveniently located near shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it easy for me to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was generous and delicious, giving me the energy I needed for a day of exploring.
