We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, as we were able to walk everywhere easily. It was right in the center, close to all the major attractions. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The staff were beyond helpful and professional, always remembering us and making us feel welcome. The concierge team, in particular, was brilliant, and Mark at check-in set the tone for our stay. The restaurant food and cocktails were all wonderful, and the view from our 7th-floor room was stunning.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all major city centre attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Complimentary refreshments were provided, adding to a very comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay here! The bed was incredibly comfy and the view from my room was breathtaking. The hotel furnishings were lovely, adding a touch of luxury to my experience. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Special mention goes to the lady in charge of breakfast, who remembered my preferences each day. The hotel even upgraded me to a better room and surprised me with champagne for my anniversary celebration. I couldn't have asked for more!
Couldn't fault anything during my stay. All in all, it was a bit disappointing.
I had a great check-in experience; the staff were friendly and efficient. They even took my luggage to my room so that I could go out immediately. The room itself was peaceful, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I also appreciated the tasty complimentary biscuits and coffee. The umbrella provided was a nice touch, although I didn't end up needing it. In terms of location, the hotel was in a fantastic spot, close to the Christmas Market and street parties. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the beautiful entrance made a great first impression.
