The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The hotel was also very clean and had great facilities. Its location close to all the main sights in the city was ideal, allowing me to easily explore all of Edinburgh's attractions. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated near transportation options, making it easy to get around the city and attend events.
Could not be improved in any way.
The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with new and spotless rooms. The location in the Royal Mile area was perfect, allowing me to easily visit most of the city's tourist attractions. Additionally, being very close to the center where all the buzz was made it convenient to explore the city's vibrant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel. The staff, especially Virginia from reception, went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, particularly with our elderly grandmother who occasionally got lost. The Bulgarian girl who attended to our rooms on the sixth floor was also incredibly helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the delicious breakfast provided. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect for us to easily explore the attractions we were interested in, and it was right in the heart of the old town.
Everything is what we need and want.
