The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, being very close to Waverly station and the National Museum of Scotland. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially in the bar area, were amazing, always gracious and hardworking even during busy times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect for me - it was right on the Royal Mile, making it the best location I've ever had when attending fringe events. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they even accommodated my request for a quiet room at the end of the hotel. The room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast included was delicious and had a good variety of options. Additionally, I really appreciated the proximity of the hotel to the train station, as it made transportation very convenient.
