We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with spotless rooms and communal areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the modern amenities in the sleek and comfortable rooms. The parking was easy and convenient, allowing us to come and go without any hassle. The location was perfect for us, as it was situated between the airport and the Forth bridges, making it ideal for travellers heading to or from further north by road. Additionally, the hotel had a great selection of up-to-date drinks, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, providing excellent service.
Nothing, it was perfect.
The king room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic rain head shower. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff accommodated our prior request. The hotel had a sophisticated feel, providing a change from the old town. The location was perfect for our early morning flight, and we were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner overlooking the bridges before departing. Additionally, the hotel had a large free car park, making it convenient for guests with vehicles.

We had a fantastic last-minute stay at this hotel. The atmosphere upon entering is warm and lively, and the decor is gorgeous. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to the Forth Bridges and the motorway, making it convenient for transportation. There are also wonderful restaurants, the Forth Bridge, and cute little shops nearby. The facilities in the room were good, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was faultless with a good selection of foods to choose from. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location, and staff were all excellent.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
