Cleanliness: The room was surprisingly clean and well-maintained, no signs of mold or stains. Hotel facilities: The bathroom was nice, with included toiletries. Lights and heating all worked. Location very close to the Museums of Modern Art: The hotel is beautifully positioned, with great access to the modern art galleries. Staff: All the staff were pleasant and friendly, providing good service throughout my stay.

For us, it was ideal.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and immediately serviced my request for a room change. The recently renovated wing of the hotel had a modern and stylish design. The location of the hotel was a prime motivator for me, with art galleries just across the road. The food at the hotel, although not lavish, was well-described by the head chef and the dinner spread was satisfactory.

N/A

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to the westend and shopping areas. It was also within walking distance of the center. The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. The hotel provided a good breakfast, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel also had convenient parking facilities.

Nothing bad to say.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to main attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. Close to the tram, it was especially great for us as we had someone with walking issues. The staff, particularly Carlotta from Spain and Nicole at Reception, were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The buffet dinner was a convenient and reasonably priced option for weary travelers like us who wanted to grab a bite after a day of exploring.

Nothing that we didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being quite near the centre and right next to the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit.

It was all superb. The cleanliness was impeccable, with no issues whatsoever.
