The room was perfect - comfy bed, smart decor, and a nice view from the window. The location was great, within walking distance of the city center and surrounded by cafes, bars, and galleries.

I loved the hospitality and kind gestures of the owners. They looked after my needs and ensured my stay was up to my expectations. The hotel's location in a quiet street in Edinburgh's New Town was perfect. It was close to several good restaurants/cafés and conveniently located near buses going towards Princes Street. Additionally, it was near the city center and the Royal Botanic Garden, which was the main aim of my trip.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being very close to the train station and shopping area. It was in a nice quiet area of the city, but still within easy walking distance to all the sights. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a great variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything in our room spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a kettle and tea-making facilities in our cosy room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have dinner in the breakfast room while our baby slept upstairs. The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to the main attractions of this city.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was super-amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and served quickly, with plenty of choices. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to bus routes and numerous attractions. Plus, there was a large Tesco Supermarket nearby.

For us, it was ideal.
